Basic Cleans may include the following tasks.

• Surface cleaning and dusting of visible surfaces like countertops, tables, and floors
• Vacuuming and/or sweeping of floors but not necessarily moving furniture or appliances
• Mopping of floors in common areas and high-traffic areas
• Bathroom cleaning to include disinfecting surfaces, sink, toilet, mirror and shower
• Basic appliance cleaning incudes the visible exterior of appliances and stovetop/oven
• Trash removal will include emptying all interior trash cans and replacing liners
• Kitchen cleaning to include wiping down countertops and exterior appliances

Standard Cleans may include the following tasks. 

• Surface cleaning and dusting of visible surfaces like countertops, tables, and floors
• Dusting of visible surfaces including shelves, picture frames and decor items
• Vacuuming and/or sweeping of floors but not necessarily moving furniture or appliances
• Mopping of floors in common areas and high-traffic areas
• Bathroom cleaning to include disinfecting surfaces, sink, toilet, mirror and shower
• Basic appliance cleaning incudes the visible exterior of appliances and stovetop/oven
• Trash removal will include emptying all interior trash cans and replacing liners
• Replacing paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels
• Changing bed linens & making beds
• Additional general disinfection of frequently touched items like doorknobs and light switches
• Onsite laundry for sheets and towels only
• Kitchen cleaning to include wiping down countertops and exterior appliances as well as inside microwave and refrigerator and cleaning dishes
  • If a vacation rental – if there are no instructions to leave items in the refrigerator standard practice at vacation rentals will be to empty and clean interior
  • Replacing amenities as needed from supply closet

Deep Cleans may include the following tasks in addition to all Standard Clean items, and may take twice the amount of time as a Standard Clean.

• Interior appliance cleaning of ovens, refrigerators, microwaves; removing and cleaning stove burner grates and drip pans
• Detailed and thorough dusting of all surfaces including baseboards, ceiling fans, window blinds and shutters
• Moving furniture to clean beneath and behind it 
• Exterior cabinet wipe down and disinfection 
• Interior window cleaning (within safe reach)
• Backyard and/or patio dusting & debris removal
• Reorganizing items and decluttering when necessary

Intensive Cleans may include the following tasks in addition to all Standard and Deep Clean items and may take more than 3x the amount of time as a Standard Clean. In some cases, step stools or a ladder may be required to reach high areas.

• Detailed wall cleaning to include spot cleaning and removing marks or stains
• Fixture cleaning to include vents, ducts, light fixtures and/or can lights
• Thorough window cleaning including runners, tracks and frames 
• Mold, mildew and/or hard water stain removal
• Interior cabinets or display cases clean, wash and organize
• Exterior window cleaning (within safe reach) 
• Additional focus on furniture fixtures to polish/enhance appearance
• Tile and grout scrubbing and cleaning grout lines and tile surfaces in bathrooms and kitchens
• Specialized cleaning products mutually agreed by client and Top 2 Bottom
